Mentorship
Personalised mentor matching connects members with experienced professionals offering coaching, accountability and networks across sectors.
Every IIG program blends governance insight, mentorship, accountability and real-world activation so multicultural leaders can build lasting impact.
Our flagship program is a private experience for vetted individuals aligned with IIG’s mission, values and cultural fit. Each cohort builds on the momentum of those who have graduated before them.
Cohort members set development goals, connect with their cohort circle and meet the advisory circle.
Monthly board meeting sessions, AICD-supported governance intensives led by Dr Matthew Turnour FAICD and mentoring conversations build capability and confidence.
Members contribute to IIG board-style meetings, applying new skills in real decision-making spaces.
Graduates continue as mentors, advisors or program facilitators, paying the investment forward.
Cohort members experience intentionally curated pillars designed to build confident, community-minded leaders.
Personalised mentor matching connects members with experienced professionals offering coaching, accountability and networks across sectors.
Participants complete the Australian Institute of Company Directors governance curriculum facilitated by Dr Matthew Turnour FAICD, gaining risk, compliance and financial literacy essentials for serving on boards and leading ventures.
Monthly meetings with advisors simulate boardroom dynamics, giving members a safe space to contribute strategically and refine their leadership voice.
We provide the structure, accountability and community needed to sustain momentum during and after the program.
Beyond the cohort, our public programs extend learning and connection to the wider community.
Quarterly gatherings bring together professionals, alumni, advisors and supporters. Over 20 public events have welcomed more than 1,300 attendees.
