What we do

The operations team designs programs, builds systems and stewards relationships so IIG can deliver impact with excellence.

  • Strategic leadership Guide program direction, governance partnerships and the Investor Nexus of mentors alongside the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
  • Digital & storytelling Share member wins, manage media production and keep our community connected across platforms.
  • Sponsorship & partnerships Build relationships with investors, sponsors and supporters to extend cohort opportunities.
  • People & operations Coordinate HR, cohort communications and admin support so every session runs smoothly.

  • Professionalism Represent IIG with integrity across public, private and online spaces; dress appropriately for the audience and setting.
  • Preparation Attend meetings ready to contribute, meet deadlines without reminders and document decisions clearly.
  • Collaboration Engage respectfully, especially in moments of disagreement, and seek support when unsure about a process.

  • Treat everyone with dignity and fairness; zero tolerance for bullying, discrimination or harassment.
  • Disclose conflicts of interest promptly to directors or the operations lead.
  • Use IIG resources responsibly and only for authorised purposes.
  • Maintain professionalism on social media; obtain consent before sharing identifiable content.
  • Never attend duties under the influence of alcohol or non-prescription drugs.
